Tis the Season

innocent_man) recently posted about how the importance of the holiday season is not in buying things or forcing people to celebrate the holiday in a certain way, but rather is the gathering of family. His post sparked a memory in me, one buried under memories of adolescent angst, useless facts that were on the tests, and more recent, accesible experiences. This is something I didn't remember, but never forgot.
